Our established data modelling and reporting will provide total transparency to all parties and control of retention amount calculation (where applicable), assessment of risk, tracking of completed works and retention release (where applicable).

Survey Management & Rectification Works

Condition surveys  are a critical step in a PFI expiry and hand back process. We support you with developing the survey scope, procurement of surveyors, including the surveyor briefing and management of the surveys, including the quality and standard of the surveys themselves.  Following which we will manage the negotiations between parties to define and agree remedial works, costs and the programme for delivering. Agreement of the process of formally notifying completed works and sign off will then link to the data and financial modelling process.  We can step into your expiry team and manage these processes on your behalf.
